Proposed Development

We are aware that a document has been posted on Facebook showing a proposal for a housing development called Huntwick Grange in Featherstone.

This proposal is part of Wakefield Council's draft "Wakefield District Local Plan (up to) 2036"

Wakefield Council will conduct a full public consultation on this draft proposal in October.  All individuals and groups will be able to give their opinions on all aspects of the draft plan.

The Parish Council will publicise the information about this consultation as soon as it becomes available.
