FRIDAY 24 NOVEMBER 2023

The festive season was kicked off with the villages Christmas Light Switch-on. Families congregated around the Christmas tree outside All Saints Church where Rev Karen  Young led the service with Ashley Guest leading in the sermon.

We all joined together to sing carols around the tree with the children holding homemade lanterns adding to the joyous celebration. Cllr Martin Roberts introduced the Gala Queen (Holly) who pressed the plunger to officially turn on the villages Christmas lights.

The Parish Council then welcomed everyone into All Saints church for refreshments kindly served by volunteers of All Saints Church.
